Resident Services – Area Managers 

Two opportunities have arisen to head up housing management areas in Resident Services.

Each area will comprise of 16,000 – 17,000 homes requiring management and support, as well as sheltered housing responsibilities.

You will help lead the service area through a significant period of modernisation and performance challenge. The focus will be on ensuring positive service outcomes for our residents. Cross council and significant levels of multi-agency working are critical in this role. As well as managing, motivating and supporting a large, diverse staff group who are committed to making our communities better places to live, you will lead on a number of policy areas and service improvements, working closely with colleagues, residents and partners. There will be a strong focus on modernising the service and delivering change.

Salary range: £57,891 – £72,684 p.a. plus a cash benefit to the value of £2,724 p.a pro-rata (subject to annual review)
