The role

Are you passionate about delivering excellent services? As the largest landlord in London with a huge new build programme, at Southwark you will be able to test your ability to the full.

You will have delivered dynamic changes to the way services are delivered and will bring that experience to ensure the successful delivery of Southwarks capital investment and repairs services. You will be required to drive forward improvements in services in the Asset Management Division to ensure efficiency and compliance with legislation and procedures as required.

You will monitor and report on programmes including on quality, milestones and spend to help drive them forward. You will undertake projects to drive performance improvements across the Asset Management Division, covering repairs and maintenance, major investment, new build and engineering.

To succeed you’ll need to be a highly effective communicator, influencer and negotiator with strong report-writing skills. You will bring with you experience of successfully delivering projects, challenge what we currently do and bring about innovative ways of working.
